Dr. Gregory D. Abowd is a Distinguished Professor in the College of Computing at Georgia Tech. He currently serves as the Interim Director of the Health Systems Institute, a joint Georgia Tech/Emory University research institute investigating the impact of technologies on healthcare delivery. Dr. Abowd is also the director of the Ubiquitous Computing Research Group in the College of Computing and GVU Center.
