The ISU Human Computer Interaction Graduate Program's 4th Annual forum includes a keynote address by Don Norman, champion of user-centered design, opportunities for attendees to interact with students and their research, a talk by international visitor Taysheng Jeng from National Cheng Kung University, Taiwan, and presentations by several HCI graduate students.

Don Norman is the cofounder of the Nielsen Norman Group, an executive consulting firm that helps companies produce human-centered products and services, Professor at Northwestern University and Prof. Emeritus of the University of California, San Diego. He has been Vice President of Apple Computer and an executive at Hewlett Packard. Don Norman was also the President of the Learning Systems division of UNext, an early, online education company.
