Deadlines

(Note: Due to the high number of submissions received, the dates for notification of acceptance and full papers submissions have been changed from the original posted dates)
  • Paper Extended Abstract /Panel Summary Submission: February 14th, 2000
  • Notification of Acceptance: April 7th, 2000
  • Full Paper/Panel Statements Submission: May 8th, 2000

    • Submission Information

    Only electronic submissions will be accepted. Please send the extended abstracts and panel summaries via e-mail to: ipt@vrac.iastate.edu

    The maximum length of the extended abstracts and panel summaries is 800 words. Each submission must include a cover letter with the following information:
    - Title
    - Authors' names and affiliations
    - Complete address, telephone, fax and e-mail for the contact author


    Accepted submission formats are: MSWorld98, HTML, PDF, and plain ASCII text.

    A committee of world-renowned experts in immersive environments will review all submissions.

    Upon acceptance, authors will be provided with instructions to prepare camera-ready versions of the full papers and panel statements.

    All accepted papers and panels will be published in the IPT 2000 Proceedings.
