Susana works with Dr. Anthony Townsend on a study that empirically will test the relationship between National Identity, Nationality, Multiculturalism and other variables such as types of websites and website nationality over Purchase Intention and Website Quality by using the WebQualİ instrument, which has proven to be a powerful scale when trying to assess website quality and the dependent variable Purchase Intention. Structural Equation Model techniques will be used to measure these quantitative relationships as well as qualitative analysis will be performed to analyze interviews and usability tests.
At this time, she is currently living in Mexico and has a tenured position at Universidad de Colima and teaching e-commerce and global advertising courses.
