Contact: Sondra did her undergraduate degree in Communication Studies at Iowa State and is now back to complete her Ph.D. in Human Computer Interaction. She completed two Master’s degrees at Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute in Technical Communication/HCI and Management after graduating from ISU. Sondra has been working at IBM for nearly ten years and is currently a portfolio manager. Her research interests include product development, usability, project management, leadership, and trust.
