Originally from Minnesota, Leif is a Ph.D. student in HCI. He studied Computer Science and Norwegian language and culture from St. Olaf College in Northfield, Minnesota. Leif works with Dr. Judy Vance and his current research has concentrated on the use of immersive environments to aid in early stage product design. Other interests include User Experience, User-centered design, Biomedical Informatics, and ethical issues in computing technologies.
