Jennifer holds a Master of Science degree in Library and Information Science from The Catholic University of America, and a Master of Arts degree in English from The University of New Mexico. She is a Senior Member of Laboratory Staff at Sandia National Laboratories and works in the Collaborative Information Environments Organization. Her work focuses on knowledge management solutions, corporate content management systems, enterprise search engines, and taxonomy and ontology implementation. In addition, she is one of a handful of employees who writes and maintains a corporate blog.
