The Virtual Storm is a VR application that was designed to give users a hands on experience with a tornado. The project is funded by NSF CCLI grant DUE0127465. Versions are currently available for the Linux and Windows platforms in the downloads section of this site. The research team behind the virtual tornado can be reached at 'tornado at vrac dot iastate dot edu'.
