MacAllister wins I/ITSEC scholarship

Competition for the 26th Annual Lewis Scholarships (previously the Interservice/Industry Training, Simulation and Education Conference scholarships) was so intense with so many highly qualified candidates this year, that three PhD students and one masters student were all selected for the honor.  One of the $10,000 PhD awards went to VRAC’s own Anastacia (Stacy) MacAllister.  Stacy is studying for her doctoral degree in mechanical engineering and human computer interaction under Dr. Eliot Winer.  In addition to the monetary portion of the award, Stacy also receives an expense-paid trip to Orlando to attend I/ITSEC 2017 where she will attend conference events, be formally recognized as an award winner, and will present a research paper that received honorable mention for Best Paper.  Congratulations, Stacy!
